We’ve developed an excellent working relationship with Paragus. They are very knowledgeable with great follow-up and friendly service. We use both Windows and Mac and they’ve been more flexible and adaptable than other IT support teams with that set-up. We have our own dedicated team and regular check-in calls to make sure everything is functioning well—and to keep us ahead of potential issues in the future. Currently we’re working together to navigate our NIST compliance and it is a huge help.
